About the project
Every appointment-based business shares the same problem: WhatsApp messages pile up, and each unanswered message is a lost customer.
This platform is the AI receptionist that answers them. Each business connects its own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code. Customers write the way they normally would; the system detects intent, parses the date and time, actually checks the calendar and opens the appointment. Cancellations, reschedules and FAQs are handled inside the same conversation.
The critical rule: the AI never invents an appointment. Every action passes through a tool call that verifies calendar availability first.
The WhatsApp engine is built entirely on Baileys. No Twilio, no Meta Cloud API, no N8N — everything is written in-house. Multi-session support, automatic reconnection, session persistence, connection monitoring, a message queue and rate limiting are all part of the engine.
The architecture is multi-tenant. Each business owns its customers, employees, appointments, knowledge base, WhatsApp connection and files, with strict isolation. The system is configurable for unlimited business categories — hair salons, dental clinics, hospitals, lawyers, restaurants, veterinary practices and beyond.
